Profile:
Degree in IT Engineering or similar.

Proven experience of minimum 4 years in Wintel platforms administration and monitoring. 4 anos em Administração e monitorização de plataformas Wintel.
Knowledge and experience in Windows Systems Server platforms:

• Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Global Catalog, Schema, GPO policies, etc.
• Microsoft Exchange Server implementation, administration and tuning
• Microsoft ISA/TMG Server, MOM, SMS, WSUS, implementation, administration and tuning
• Microsoft IIS Web Services implementation, administration and tuning
• Microsoft SQL Server implementation, administration and tuning
• Windows client platforms XP, Vista, 7, Windows mobile
• Windows File and Print Services
• Knowledge and experience in VMWare Vsphere ESX, VMware VCenter, SRM, etc. implementation and administration
• Good knowledge in backups & storage
• Technical experience in Anti-virus solutions implementation, configuration and administration and security best practices
• Basic knowledge in Networking

Certifications will be a plus.
Languages: Portuguese – native  English – fluent

Job Description:
Business prospection and development
New client acquisition with continuous commercial ‘field work’
Production of business proposals and follow-up of clients portfolio
Planning and recording of commercial activities
Production of regular business evolution reports
Project monitoring
Preparation of billing data
Follow-up of billing processes

Profile:

• Minimum 3 years experience in similar role
• Experience in IT infrastructures (preferred)
• Communications: IP Telephony, Wireless, Security, Data Center, Routing & Switching
• Data Center: Rack Servers, Blade Servers, Storage, Library/Tapes, Backup Software
• Corporate Systems: Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange Server, SQL Server, SharePoint, System Center
• Ability to interact at all levels
• Team player and proactive personality
• Very good knowledge of English
• Proficient IT user

• Sound knowledge in Cisco IPTel: Voip Gateways (FXO, FXS, BRI, E1 R2), H323, MGCP, Cisco Unified Comunications Manager Express, Cisco Unified Comunications Manager MCS, BE6000, Cisco UCCX
• Sound knowledge in Cisco Security, ACls, Firewall ASA, CBAC, VPN´s IPSEC L2L e Remote Access, Tacacs+, Radius
• Sound knowledge in QoS, Policing, Shaping
• Skills in Cisco communications solutions design and pre-sales
• Skills in networks troubleshooting, LAN, WAN and VPN´s
